Merchants using Aftoria are required to maintain their own accounts with licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Aftoria provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables merchants to integrate, route, and monitor transactions between multiple PSPs.
Aftoria does not at any time store, hold, or process customer funds, nor does it act as a financial intermediary or payment processor. All monetary transactions are executed and settled directly through the PSPs connected by the merchant.
By using Aftoria, merchants agree that they remain solely responsible for their compliance with applicable payment, tax, and regulatory obligations within their jurisdiction.
